Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 1 day. If more than 1 day has passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return a product, it must be returned to us within 2 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, please provide proof of dissatisfaction, such as a photograph or description of the issue. You can email this proof to info@foreverdeals.online. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your request.
Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified period.
Cancellations
- Within 24 hours of delivery: No cancellations or refunds are possible.
- Within 48 hours of delivery: Cancellations incur a 20% fee.
- More than 48 hours before delivery: Free cancellation, no fees applied.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds:
- Hard-shell tropical fruits, such as durian, jackfruit, soursop, and breadfruit.
- Hard-shell fruits, such as watermelon and yellow melon.
- Live items, such as lobster and crab.
- Perishable items, including fresh and frozen products.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:
